The app allows to control all functions and settings of the Musicbook SOURCE II. Via USB the Musicbook SOURCE II supports the connection of external CD-ROM drives and thus transforms easily into a top-class CD player without high costs! Upon linking the drive is recognized automatically and the content of the CD is displayed on the LINDEMANN app. The CD can then be played using the app or the remote control. The Bluetooth function of the Musicbook SOURCE II enables direct wireless music playback from smartphones or tablets (without a network). Here the A2DP Bluetooth audio transfer protocol guarantees ultimate sound quality. As to the circuitry, the phono MM preamp of the Musicbook SOURCE II is identical to our Limetree PHONO and offers an exceptionally good record sound with a high fun factor. Two digital SPDIF inputs allow to connect digital sources like e.g. CD drives or TV devices. Two analog line inputs allow to connect analog sources like phono amplifier, CD player, tuner or tape recorder. Operation All functions of the Musicbook SOURCE II can be controlled conveniently via the newly developed LINDEMANN app which is available for Android and iOS, for tablets also in the particularly lucid landscape mode. The app offers an easy to understand and intuitive control over the various sources. A comprehensive menu for the device settings makes the operation of the Musicbook as easy as 1-2-3. The integrated multi-room function allows to run several streaming devices in different rooms simultaneously or individually. The supply of streaming services is broadly diversified, with a clear focus on streaming in high-res quality. You can choose between Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz, Deezer and HighResAudio. In addition to internet radio there are also podcasts from lots of different providers. All relevant functions can also be controlled with the included remote. Technology The circuitry of the Musicbook SOURCE II has been designed around the high-performance streaming platform and fine-tuned for optimum sound quality. In the digital-analog converter of the Musicbook SOURCE we use one of the best-sounding converter elements of all times, the AK4493 from the Japanese digital specialist AKM. This converter excels metrologically by extremely low distortion figures and musically by natural timbres, a perfect timing and a totally relaxed pace. The converter blocks are run in mono mode, i.e. each channel has its own D/A converter. But there is more! Prior to the actual conversion, all digital input signals are submitted to an ultra-precise re-sampling by means of an MEMS femto-clock. The thus generated data are absolutely jitter-free: the basic prerequisite for perfect sound with digital music! An additional improvement offers the possibility to convert all data into a 1-bit signal (DSD). From a musical point of view, this mode of operation is the icing on the cake and opens up a totally new sound dimension in terms of room imaging and high-frequency reproduction. The analog preamp of the SOURCE II uses a purely analog volume level control. Analog sources are processed on the analog domain. The built-in phono MM preamp offers an exceptionally musical reproduction and is identical in construction to the highly appreciated Limetree Phono. The headphone amplifier of the Musicbook also brings you sound at its finest and has plenty of output power even for demanding headphones. The power supply of the Musicbook sets new benchmarks for an interference- and noise-free performance. All functional areas are equipped with proprietary, ultra low-noise voltage regulators with less than 10 µV of noise voltage. Therefore a mutual influence between the Musicbook’s individual elements can be ruled out. DSD Resampling Primarily decisive for the sound of a digital component is the digital/analog converter. For this reason LINDEMANN is breaking all new ground with the Musicbook SOURCE. In the DSD mode all digital input signals – irrespective of the source – are converted into a high-resolution 1-bit signal (DSD 256) by means of a re-sampling process based on delta-sigma conversion. The resolution is 256 times higher than with the CD. By a simple filtering in the converter blocks, this signal is converted directly into an analog signal – without any interference from digital filters or a digital volume control. We completely do without digital signal processors (DSP) and their negative impact on the sound. Filtering and level control take place on a purely analog domain. The music signal obtained by this “deconstruction“ of the converter is totally transparent: highest resolution, brilliant timbres, unlimited dynamics and a new, absolutely "genuine" atmosphere that will remind you of analog reproduction! • TEAC UD-701N USB DAC and Network Player

    TEAC
    ₹ 483,600
A versatile all-round unit matches new listening style in new era. With a newly-developed original discrete DAC, the advanced all-around UD-701N fascinates every audiophile as the core of an audio system. With the USB DAC functions as the foundation, a network player, an analog preamp, a headphone amplifier and various other functions have been combined at a high level. This TEAC flagship with a newly-developed TEAC ΔΣ (Delta Sigma) discrete DAC has achieved a new level. Newly-developed TEAC ΔΣ Delta Sigma discrete DAC Instead of using a generic DAC IC, we incorporated a newly-developed TEAC ΔΣ (Delta Sigma) discrete DAC comprised of discrete circuitry that uses FPGA incorporating our original algorithms. Analog signals are output with high audio quality. DSD signals are transmitted as is, while PCM signals are transmitted after passing through a ΔΣ modulator and conversion to 1-bit signals. We can say that achieving this wide, perfectly clear sound field, which can be realized specifically because of the discrete design, is TEAC reaching the pinnacle of its sound objectives. With the TEAC ΔΣ discrete DAC, playback of 22.5MHz DSD and 384kHz/32-bit PCM is possible. Dual mono structure We have incorporated an extravagant dual mono structure throughout the unit, from the power circuit with independent left and right toroidal core transformers to the D/A converter section and analog output stage. This dual model structure, which has complete mono circuits for each of the two channels, prevents interference between the left and right channels, enabling the realization of rich musical expression that reproduces the sense of space and dimension. Fully-balanced transmission at every stage The fully balanced transmission of both the left and right analog output signals from after D/A conversion through the final output stage contributes greatly to improving the signal-to-noise ratio and increasing the dynamic range. This conveys signals in a purer state without losing the sense of air that high-resolution audio sources have. *The circuit boards in this photos are under development. Four high-capacity toroidal core transformers In addition to the 2 toroidal core transformers for the independent left and right analog signals, separate toroidal core transformers are also used in both the network module and digital control sections. In particular, stable electricity is supplied to the network module, which requires advanced processing, by strengthening the power supply for the network module section with linear power. Analog preamplifier function with 2 line inputs via RCA/XLR and 4 digital inputs Not only as a USB DAC/Network player that employs two sets of coaxial and optiocal digitla inputs, the UD-701N also works as a high-quality analog preamplifier by employing additional analog audio inputs via RCA and XLR connectors that allow users to connect conventional audio sources. Our TEAC-QVCS (Quad Volume Control System) is a variable gain amp volume control with four independent circuits for left, right, positive and negative (L+, L−, R+ and R−) . Placing this in the audio signal route makes it as short as possible, preventing the degradation of audio signals caused by drawing them through signal lines. Moreover, since the volume can be adjusted in extremely fine 0.5dB intervals, you can achieve the ideal volume for the audio system or headphones that you are using. Improved TEAC-HCLD2 enhanced-current output buffer circuits We used TEAC-HCLD2 circuits, which are improved versions of our TEAC-HCLD (TEAC High Current Line Driver) enhanced-current output buffer circuits. These raise the current transmission capabilities that are important in analog output circuits. Each channel has a positive and negative two-circuit structure with diamond buffer amplifiers, which have high current transmission capabilities, used as line drivers. Drive is differential for balanced output and parallel for unbalanced output. By increasing the current supply ability, transmitting the dynamism of audio signals without loss becomes possible. 4-pin XLR headphone amplifier that can be switched between balanced and active ground A total of four diamond buffers, one in each of the left, right, positive and negative circuits, are used in the dedicated headphone amplifier, enabling the connection of balanced drive headphones. Moreover, even during single-end use, by driving these amps in parallel, they can provide stronger drive than ordinary single-end headphone amplifiers. This enables the potential of many types of headphones, including 600Ω high-impedance headphones, to be realized. Active ground is a drive method, based on the principles of a balance connection, that approaches 0 V by connecting the COLD connector to the ground and driving the ground forcibly using an amplifier circuit. Not only can a more ideal ground be realized than when using an ordinary ground, the impact of humming noise coming from the power can also be suppressed. Moreover, by lowering the noise floor, we can expect silence to be deepened, allowing the breathing of the artists and the texture of sounds to be felt more intimately. MQA full decoder that also supports digital inputs MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) is a high-quality audio codec that enables playback at the same quality level as studio masters. The UD-701N has an MQA decoder that controls D/A-converted waveforms with a precision as fine as 5 ms in order to achieve analog waveforms that are true to the original recordings. Playback sound that seems like the original to the human ear can be achieved by greatly reducing the “sound blurring” that occurs easily when sounds start suddenly and at other times when sound pressure differences are extreme. Since a full decoder is included, in addition to file and network playback, MQA data from digital inputs can also be decoded. Playback of MQA CDs is possible by connecting the digital output of a CD player to the UD-701N. * When you MQA decode a signal from a digital input, the signal must be received bit-perfect. For this reason, please use the CLOCK SYNC setting as "OFF" or "ON (DIN SYNC)". Also, if the CD player is set to ON (DIN SYNC) without clock synchronization, skipping or choppy sound may occur. Upconversion The upconversion function uses RDOT-NEO (Refined Digital Output Technology NEO) to smoothly augment PCM digital audio signals and upconvert their sampling frequencies 2, 4 or 8 times (384kHz maximum) . RDOT, which applies an analogous interpolation method using fluency logic, is a technology that was developed to enable reproduction and playback of frequencies higher than 20 kHz that are lost by 44.1kHz/48kHz digital signals. Based on the information read, analogous data is generated between the waveform samples, which also results in data above 20 kHz. Bluetooth® receiver supports LDAC, aptX ™ HD and other high-resolution transmission formats In addition to the LDAC ™ and LHDC codecs, which can transmit audio data with quality that is considered high resolution (96kHz/24-bit) , it also supports Qualcomm® aptX ™ HD, which is capable of 48kHz/24-bit transmission. Of course, the popular AAC, Qualcomm® aptX ™ and SBC codecs are also supported, so you can easily enjoy high-quality wireless playback from smartphones and digital audio players. Support for popular and convenient network functions, including OpenHome and Roon Ready Common control apps that support OpenHome can be used with the UD-701N, which also supports this platform. Moreover, playlists on the UD-701N can be managed using TEAC HR Streamer and other control apps that support OpenHome. Gapless playback is also supported. With support for Roon Ready, functions provided by RAAT (Roon Advanced Audio Transport), including high-quality audio playback, easy and convenient operation using apps, and multi-room synchronized playback, can be used without limits. Spotify Connect, Tidal, Qobuz, and TuneIn (Internet Radio) Along with Spotify Connect, this model also supports Tidal and Qobuz, which are subscription music streaming services that enable listening to lossless CD-quality (44.1kHz/16-bit) recordings. * Tidal Connect will be added in a firmware update made available after product release. Bulk Pet USB transfer technology enables stable data transmission When transmitting large amounts of digital data by USB cable from high-resolution audio sources, large inconsistencies arise in the processing loads of both the sending computer and the receiving USB DAC, and audio dropouts and other problems can occur. Using the Bulk Pet USB transfer technology, however, the same amount of data is transmitted at a steady rate, leveling the processing loads of both sides and realizing stable data transmission. Since changes in computer load conditions can also affect audio quality, you can select from four preset transmission modes to choose the preferred audio quality. Design features to prevent vibration A floating structure is utilized to keep transformers, which can easily cause vibrations, isolated from the bottom panel. The lengths of all the side fins, which are for heat dispersion, have also been adjusted to prevent sympathetic vibrations. In addition to using the minimum number of circuit board attachment screws, TEAC original pinpoint feet that utilize a new mechanism to provide play where they contact the bottom panel are used to thoroughly suppress vibrations that affect audio quality. TEAC HR Audio Player, which supports 22.5MHz DSD playback with both Windows and Mac, provided for free This free dedicated software can be used to easily play 22.5Mhz DSD and 384kHz/32-bit PCM, which represent the next generation of high-resolution audio sources, from Windows and Macintosh computers. By simply starting the software and selecting the UD-701N connected by a USB cable, digital audio data can be transmitted reliably with optimal conditions. Since this software is designed for use with this model, there is no need to worry about the troubles that often occur with USB audio settings, including “no sound being output even when the USB DAC is recognized” and “sound being down-converted when it is output.” TEAC HR Streamer, which enables high-resolution playback from smartphones and tablets, provided for free We have prepared the Teac HR Streamer; a network control app of our own design, that supports Open Home. With the ability to make libraries by loading artwork and music tag data from song data already stored on NAS, intuitive and quick track selection operations are possible. • McIntosh MDA200 D/A Converter

    McIntosh Laboratory
    ₹ 504,900
The MDA200 D/A Converter from McIntosh provides premium digital music capabilities. It can add digital music listening to an otherwise all analog home audio system, or it can also be a useful upgrade to an older D/A Converter that has become outdated and needs to be replaced so you can achieve better playback performance and enjoy current features. It is a stand-alone, outboard D/A Converter that can easily be added to home audio systems of various sizes, ages, and configurations. At the heart of the MDA200 is the McIntosh DA2 Digital Audio Module. The DA2 has 7 digital audio inputs: 2 coaxial, 2 optical, 1 USB and 1 MCT (for use with our MCT series of SACD/CD Transports), and 1 audio-only HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC) connection. The DA2 is powered by a next generation, Quad Balanced, 8-channel, 32-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). This audiophile-grade DAC features improved dynamic range and improved total harmonic distortion. The DA2 supports high resolution digital audio playback, as the USB input supports native playback of up to DSD512 and DXD up to 384kHz, while the coax and optical inputs can decode digital music up to 24-bit/192kHz. The HDMI (ARC) input allows TVs with a compatible HDMI (ARC) output to be connected to your home stereo system to bring a new level of audio performance to your TV and movie watching that TV speakers or soundbars just can't provide. Popular multi-channel audio formats from Dolby ® and DTS ® are supported and will be expertly converted to 2-channel audio for proper playback. The DA2 has received Roon Tested designation from Roon Labs, which can be especially useful if you have an extensive library of digital music. As a Roon Tested partner, McIntosh has provided equipment to Roon for testing with a variety of different operating systems and computers, and shared information about its design and capabilities. Additionally, since digital music formats and technologies change and improve over time, it is possible to replace the DA2 in the MDA200 with a newer Digital Audio Module should one be introduced in the future. This protects your investment in the MDA200 and provides peace of mind that it can be enjoyed as a valuable part of your home entertainment system for many years to come. To connect the MDA200 to your sound system's preamplifier or integrated amplifier , it has a pair of both balanced and unbalanced analog outputs. McIntosh offers both balanced cables and unbalanced cables to make these connections. The MDA200 comes from the factory in fixed output mode, but it does offer the option of setting its output to variable mode. This provides the ability to directly connect the MDA200 to a power amplifier in an audio system that only has digital audio sources; no other preamplifier would be needed in this setup. Volume could then be changed via the front panel ADJUST knob or with the supplied remote control. The front of the MDA200 showcases classic McIntosh design cues of a black glass faceplate with an illuminated logo, rotary controls knobs, custom machined aluminum end caps, and an easy-to-read display with adjustable brightness settings. The back panel includes convenient Power Control and data ports. • Wattson Audio Madison LE Streamer

    Wattson Audio
    ₹ 520,000
With exactly the same, sophisticated, DSP-based, spline filtering algorithm and proprietary ethernet interface, the same milled-from-solid casework and minimalist but carefully selected features as the standard Madison , the LE version already offers digital input and conversion capabilities that are well beyond its price point. So, to build a better Madison, we looked at the analog output stage, the power supply and the filtering, improving its performance still further in the digital domain while increasing the musical capabilities and output characteristics of the analog circuitry. The Madison LE still uses an external energy-efficient, switch-mode power-supply, but we were able to engineer it for reduced noise levels with the addition of an AC input filter and greater stability, by adding linear regulation. In turn, that demanded a bigger box. We could have used the same, precision machined casework as the Madison itself, but instead, given that the power supply is best placed remotely and thus, out of sight, we chose to reduce the overall price of the product by using a cost-effective, generic case: maximum increase in performance, minimum increase in price. We also doubled the amount of power supply capacitance and improved the quality of the capacitors themselves. Then we designed an all-new analog output stage. The fully balanced and differential circuit uses two pairs of op-amps per channel, allowing us to optimise the interface to the DAC chips and improve the LE’s ability to drive a connected power amp. We also took the opportunity to improve the quality of the critical coupling caps between the DAC chips and the analog output stage. The Madison LE extends the Wattson Audio concept of value-engineering. Like all of our products, it leverages the power of sophisticated, DSP-driven digital circuitry to deliver remarkable musical performance. But by budgeting additional engineering and material resources to the power supply and analog sections, it provides an even better working environment for its digital circuitry and an even more capable output stage – with very real musical benefits. With its ghostly quiet noise floor and the ability to really drive the connected power amp(s), the Madison LE delivers musical dynamics and authority, nuance and subtleties that are normally the province of vastly more expensive (and far larger) products. It stays true to the Wattson Audio ethos of superior musical performance, coupled to forward looking, space efficient and resource sensitive design. True high-end performance has never been more accessible – or easier to live with! • Norma REVO DAC-2 Reference Digital to Analog Convertor

    Norma Audio
    ₹ 528,990- ₹ 555,990
The new REVO DAC-2 represents one world’s best expression in the realization of Digital-to-Analog converters. Using the newly developed in house A-DAC. With extremely low noise floors and a penchant for a more analog sound, the REVO line is sure to readjust expectations of digital playback quality. Norma's desire for a more analog sound can be found in the heart of these units with the A-DAC proprietary conversion technology. Why A-DAC? Because A represents their pursuit of Analog. With proprietary I-V Conversion and a fully discrete analog section, the A-DAC is an advancement years in the making. In a historical moment when we witness the proliferation of DACs for “computer music”, exclusively designed around the parameters of the so-called technical modernity and cost reduction to the detriment of the potential sound performance of high resolution devices, NORMA proposes a “universal machine” which is highly sophisticated in all the aspects relevant to sound output. You can finally truly appreciate the actual quality of high resolution files, without the limitations imposed by inadequate implementation. NORMA is pleased to present the new REVO DAC-1 Digital Source. It is an extremely interesting product, both for its outstanding technical content and for its noticeable versatility, obviously combined with the rigor of NORMA musical tradition. All of this at a very interesting price, considering the technical features. The NORMA REVO DAC-2 source offers a complete set of digital inputs. As a matter of fact, there are both a full bandwidth USB input (192.0 KHz) as well as 4 SPDIF inputs, coaxial, optical and XLR. Therefore, all the features for an advanced digital source are contained within a single frame, and they are able to meet even the most demanding user’s needs with no limitations, both in terms of versatility as well as of listening quality. The NORMA DAC-2 enables the user to manage and store all digital parameters independently for each input. For instance, it is possible to enable the over-sampling feature at any frequency as the user wishes as well as disable it if undesired. It is also possible to select the Master Clock source between the Low-Jitter local oscillator and the input signal’s one. Finally, it is possible to vary the upsampler parameters, the digital filter’s response, the absolute phase and the volume of the output signal. All of this can be carried out both via the local controls as well as by remote control. Features 5 digital inputs, USB, 2 x SPDIF RCA, SPDIF OPTICAL, AES-EBU. USB input and SPDIF full bandwidth, up to 24 Bit / 768 KHz. Possibility to customise for each digital input all parameters, including the value of oversampling. Possibility to use as the master A/D clock source the local oscillator or the clock form input signal. Two separate local clock oscillator for the two values 22MHz / 24 MHz (44.1 / 48KHz). Local Oscillator high stability, low Jitter and low phase noise. Possibility to configure one of the 2 RCA inputs as digital output. NORMA Proprietary DAC, A-DAC model 1. The city and its surroundings are well known all over the world for being home to great composers as Monte- verdi and Ponchielli, and to famous violin makers such as Stradivari, Amati, Guarneri and many others. As of today, more than 100 violin makers’ shops are found in the ancient roads of the city. In this inspiring context, where music permeates everything, for more than 20 years Norma has been involved in the study and implementation of sophistica- ted audio amplifiers, where technical skills and musical sensitivity must be merged together, in the same way the best musical instruments are made. The result of this endeavor is a unique sound, which represents a synthesis of parameters usually set one against each other: dynamics, speed, and absolute transparency are combined with extraordinary musica- lity and total lack of listening fatigue. The struggle between solid state and valves is finally overcome, as is the concept or reproduction. Norma brings the listener to an intimate relation with the original event.

An outstanding work of sincerity... Welcome the Matrix Audio element X2 Pure as a music streamer, the newest member of our element series! To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Matrix Audio, we launched the element X2 Pure. The word "Pure" indicates "to achieve the purest thing", it carries Matrix's original intention of pursuing the pure sound, also expresses the design concept of simplicity that Matrix always believed in. We make the product more excellent, just for your picky ears, enjoy the music and meet the expectations of every listening. Dual D/A synergy The dual D/A design makes the best use of the chips and reaches perfection. The element X2 Pure is equipped with 2 pieces of ES9039PRO which is the new flagship by ESS. Each chip works in mono mode, every 8 D/A conversion units from 1 chip work in parallel, which effectively improves the dynamic range and reduces audio distortion, while making the circuit of left and right channels completely separated. Every appropriate design ensures an accurate reproduction of the sound, bringing more powerful audio performance and excellent listening experience. The beauty of symmetry, the art of balance The golden rule of industrial aesthetics can be found all over the product. The analog circuits of left and right channels have the same layout and components. They are designed exactly symmetrical. The analog circuit is completely covered by the CNC aluminum shield, which effectively ensures the heat dissipation of the op-amps and isolates the interferences. No matter inside or outside, the element X2 Pure exudes a pleasing and meticulous design. Electrical isolation, no fear of interference The digital processing and D/A conversion circuit of element X2 Pure is electrically isolated, the ground wire of digital and analog parts are completely separated. The D/A and analog circuits are powered by ultra-low noise LDOs to obtain an extremely high SNR and dynamic range, leaving the background of music as silent as deep space. Numerous file formats can be played from these discs including AAC, AIFF, ALAC, DSD (up to DSD128), FLAC, MP3, WAV, and WMA. The USB Audio input supports up to DSD256 and DXD 384kHz, and can be used to stream digital music from a computer or other digital storage device. There's also two coax and two optical digital inputs that support PCM signals up to 192kHz. Conversion of the digital data stored on the discs or in the digital music stream into an analog signal for playback is performed by a quad balanced, 8-channel, 32-bit/192kHz Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). Four DAC channels are dedicated to the left audio channel, and four to the right audio channel to ensure truly exceptional stereo sound reproduction. Both balanced and unbalanced fixed analog stereo outputs are available to connect the MCD85 to your preamplifier, integrated amplifier, and other home audio system components. Thanks to its narrower width and balanced outputs, it can be placed close to your listening position for ease of loading discs, with long balanced cables connecting it to your audio system without fear of signal loss. The MCD85 employs 2x read speed, meaning all discs placed in its sturdy die-cast tray are read at higher speeds, allowing their data to be stored in a buffer memory for better error correction and tracking. The tray features a new, custom front beveled nose to match the angle of the chassis and provides smooth and quiet disc handling. Disc reading is performed in the high-quality disc mechanism by a twin laser optical pickup that uses a single objective lens with two laser units, with each employing different wavelengths that are optimized for SACD and CD playback. Power Control and data ports allow for seamless integration with other McIntosh home audio system components. A die-cast aluminum name badge is affixed to each side of the chassis. The front, top and rear of the chassis is polished to a mirror finish – just like on the aforementioned MC275, MC1502, MA252, MA352, MC830 and C8 – making the MCD85 a welcome and matching addition to any system using those models. But the MCD85 is not limited to systems using just those models as it has all the necessary connections and McIntosh design traits to fit into any McIntosh home audio system. The MCD85 features a black glass front panel with direct LED backlighting for improved appearance, silver trim, an illuminated logo, and rotary control knobs. • Merason Reuss Digital to Analog Convertor

    Merason
    ₹ 650,000
Merason's newly launched Reuss DAC builds upon the success of the Frerot. By utilising two DAC modules in mono configuration a 5dB improvement is achieved. The Reuss has one USB, one RCA, one Toslink and one AES input. The USB input is based on Amanero technology and ensures a low-jitter music signal thanks to two precise oscillators, which is then galvanically isolated by capacitive isolator components. The signals arriving at the other inputs are also galvanically isolated and de-jittered by means of transformers and capacitors. This guarantees that no external interference can affect the sensitive signal. The task of digital-to-analog conversion is performed by two 1794A converter modules from Burr Brown. For a 5 dB improvement in dynamic range, each channel has its own device. The analog current signal is elaborately converted into a voltage signal in a discrete setup, which is buffered in Class A technology and routed to the output. The Reuss is fully balanced, i.e. a total of four independent channels are implemented from the two converter modules to the output. Power supply: Each functional unit has its own power supply, and in total there are twelve of them. Two output channels each are supplied by a separate linear supply with an oversized transformer. The sound influence of components and circuit variants as well as various layouts were thoroughly tested in countless sessions by experienced listeners. This applies in particular to capacitors, voltage regulators, converter components, transistors, resistors, signal processing, I/V converters and output stages. The manufacture of the housing, the front panel and the control knobs and the printing, component placement, assembly, commissioning and inspection are carried out exclusively in Switzerland. • Aurender N200 High-Performance Caching Music Server Streamer

    Aurender
    ₹ 735,000
The Aurender N200 represents a milestone in the ever-expanding offerings of music server / streamers from Aurender. Its combination of exceptional audio performance, unique feature set and selling price make the N200 a highly desirable model within the Aurender range. N200 is yet another leap in audio performance that one would expect from a new Aurender model. Updating and improving upon the N100SC by virtue of an all-new low-power Intel quad-core processor, low-noise linear power supply and increased system memory bringing higher fidelity to your digital files and streams. Physically larger, as well and sporting a 6.9” color LCD display lends the N200 the look of a mini N20. Also incorporated are all the recent Aurender innovations, including the latest-generation Audio Class 2.0 USB and Coaxial digital outputs, 2X isolated gigabit ethernet port and super-capacitor based uninterrupted power supply (UPS). Aurender also expanded the options for internal music library storage capacity by providing two user accessible dual HDD/SSD trays allowing for the installation of the drive type and capacity that best suits your needs. And, if you’re streaming 100%, no drives need to be installed. All Aurender products are controlled by the Aurender Conductor app, which is supported on iPad, iPhone, Android phone and tablets. The N200, as is true will all Aurender models, benefits from being an inclusive design, meaning that all the necessary technology required for file serving or streaming music is incorporated within one audio component. This approach provides a high level of stability, reliability and predictability of operation which results in superior sound quality and user experience. Innovative Technology The N200 digital music server / streamer incorporates technology derived from our best-in-class models. For example, the solid-state 240GB NVMe caching drive for playback eliminates latency and the potential of drop-outs often associated with using IT storage devices like NAS and USB drives for music playback. And the dedicated high-performance Audio 2.0 USB digital audio output or SPDIF Coax feature ultra low-noise power circuitry to deliver a pristine digital stream to the connected DAC. The N200 greatly benefits from “trickle down” technology from our far more expensive models making them both deliver audio performance that belies their cost. Storage, Your Way Many consumers today are using streaming services exclusively. For these users, no internal hard drive is necessary, however the N200 has a rear panel tray that can accommodate dual 2.5″ HDDs or SSDs. Either drive is user installed at purchase, any time thereafter or never. Gigabit Ethernet LAN Port for Network Connectivity For network connectivity, streaming, upgrades and file transfers, N200 has a Gigabit Ethernet Port along with two USB 2.0 data ports for copying files from a USB HDD or USB thumb drive. Copying Content Loading music into your Aurender is simple and easy. You can choose between two simple methods depending upon where you digital music library currently resides – direct from a USB storage device or over the network from a NAS. The Aurender Conductor App Takes Control Of Your Music The Aurender Conductor App turns your iPad, Android phone or tablet into a highly versatile user interface for Aurender Music Servers making managing, viewing, playing and streaming high-resolution music collections a breeze. All permissions, behaviors and functions of the Aurender Music Server / Streamer can be easily accessed through the Settings menu of the Aurender ConductorApp. Embedded within the Aurender App are the lossless streaming services Tidal and Qobuz (subscription required). When using a streaming service, Aurender handles the streaming content the same way as files stored internally, so all functions and operations are the same with either library. In fact, it’s easy to combine streaming content into your library of files making all content appear to be one and the same. MQA Core Decoder (optional in-app purchase) Aurender’s optional MQA Core Decoder upgrade enables first unfold to play MQA files through a non-MQA certified DAC at up to 88.2kHz or 96kHz. The Core Decode upgrade can also deliver the first unfold to MQA certified DACs requiring it so the DAC can perform the final rendering. USB HDD and NAS (Network-Attached Storage) Support Best performance occurs when music is stored on the Aurender’s internal storage. However, the Aurender platform is also capable of seamlessly integrating content stored on a NAS or external USB hard drive.(In this case, stored content navigation is accomplished from the folder view) Network Streaming With Solid-State Drive (SSD) Caching Playback After a song or album is selected from the Aurender Conductor App, that specific music is cached to the 240GB NVMe SSD from the internal drive and the N200 will then playback directly from the SSD. This minimizes wear and tear on the drives as after loading to the caching drive, the storage drive(s) goes idle. Additionally, by caching songs to the SDD for playback, it eliminates any sound quality degradation and even dropouts due to a non-optimal network connection from, for example, a NAS drive. Dedicated USB Audio Class 2.0 Output With Noise-Free Power Circuitry Our dedicated USB Audio Class 2.0 output is designed to deliver an exceptionally transparent audio signal, free of noise and shielded from any outside electrical or RFI interference. Ultra High-Quality SPDIF Digital Audio Output SPDIF audio outputs differ from asynchronous (USB) outputs in that the clocking is done from within the server as opposed to the DAC. Which is best? One must try that in the context of your system to know. However, there many very good performing legacy DACs manufactured before USB existed and here the SPDIF RCA Coax may be you’re only connectivity option. Linear Power Supply A full-linear power supply provides clean and stable power to the CPU and audio output circuitry. Linear supplies are renowned for their ability to deliver a wide dynamic range capability, deep and powerful low frequency response and a wide and deep soundstage. Remote Internet Technical Support In the unlikely event you may need technical support, you can do so right from the Aurender Conductor App. Sending a Remote Support Request from our app allows engineers to quickly diagnose and correct problems over the Internet, should they occur. (Future formats can be accommodated via software updates.) Analogue Outputs Line out unbalanced on RCA connector. Line out balanced on XLR connector. Headphone out on 1/4″ jack. Discrete output stages for both line and headphone outputs are employed. The output levels can be set in a coarse manner with four steps to adapt for the amplifier or headphone connected. The levels can be set independently for line and headphone outputs. No sound degrading servo mechanisms are used. Digital Signal Processing The DAC501 uses a built-in digital signal processing (DSP) chip for its audio processing. These algorithms are included: Room Equalizer – to suppress room modes for more accurate bass reproduction. Creative Equalizer – a tone control with low boost/cut, high boost/cut, and mid boost/cut. Very useful to correct those recordings which do not quite sound right. De-Essing – the automatic removal of overly bright sibilances from human voices. The sibilance effect can be more or less pronounced depending on your speakers or room acoustics. Constant Volume – adjusts the audio volume (loudness) to a constant value across all tracks played. Useful for “party mode” when the volume control should stay untouched. Vinyl Emulation – get that special sonic character of a record player based playback chain. We also employ an emulation of the DMM-CD procedure offered by the Stockfisch label. Crosstalk Cancelling (XTC) – for the playback of dummy head recordings or live recordings via speakers for an incredible live sensation. Dummy head recordings usually are listened to via headphones because they only work properly if the left channel goes to the left ear only and the right channel to the right ear only. With speakers this is difficult to achive as the left channel goes to the left and the right ear. But with some clever signal processing of the speaker channels is is possible to suppress the crosstalk, i.e. the audio going from the left speaker to the right ear and vice versa. If that works properly then the recording sounds as if one would be in the space where the recording has taken place. All the reverberation and 3D representation of the sound sources is there.(For speaker based playback only.) Loudness Control – a listening volume dependent equalization of the audio. Headphone Equalizer – to adapt any headphone to the listener’s ears in terms of frequency response. Crossfeed – to emulate a speaker based playback impression on headphones. Front Panel Controls A rotary encoder knob for changing parameters and for powering the unit on/off. A touch screen colour LCD display. An 1/4 inch headphone socket. An IR receiver. Connections Analog outputs on XLR and RCA connectors. Digital inputs on XLR, RCA, TOSLINK, USB, and Ethernet connectors. USB type-A connector for various applications. Mains connector with fuses. Dimensions Depth: 30 cm / 11.8 inches Width: 18.8 cm / 7.4 inches Height: 6.6 cm / 2.6 inches Height with feet: 7.2 cm / 2.83 inches IR Remote Control Depth: 2.1 cm / 0.83 inches Width: 4.5 cm / 1.78 inches Height: 16.6 cm / 6.53 inches Power Supply A powerful non-switching power supply is used. All sensitive voltages have their own regulators which are separated between left and right channels. The result is an analog output free of “digital noise” and channel crosstalk. The power switch activates a semiconductor relay which only switches on or off at zero crossings of the mains voltage. This assures a glitch-free power switching. The two mains transformers are toroidal types. Mains voltage selection is done automatically by measuring the mains voltage before power is applied to the rest of the electronics. The volume control is a critical factor affecting audio quality, ensuring lossless attenuation and consistent volume levels between channels is the prerequisite for good sound. MS-1 Pre has a built-in preamplifier which uses voltage-divider volume control by resistor array. Four high-quality volume control units composed of 64 precision resistors with 0.001 accuracy and 32 fully sealed reed relays which are switched rapidly by the MCU. This control method not only minimizes any impact on sound quality but also ensures excellent consistency between the two channels. The operation noise of the reed relays is almost inaudible even when changing volume continuously. Clocks are the cornerstone of digital audio systems. Unlike previous Matrix Audio products, the MS-1 is equipped with a high-performance DPLL clock synthesis circuit. The ultra-low phase noise reference clock works with the DPLL circuit generates an clock signal with jitter as low as 45fs in real-time, providing a reference for the entire digital audio circuitry. If you have a higher-precision 10MHz external clock, you can connect it to the clock input port to enhance the performance of the internal audio clock. In order to isolate high-frequency interference from switches and front-end network devices, we have added an SFP interface, enabling the music streamer to connect to the local network via fiber optic cables. With the electrical isolation properties of fiber optic transmission, the electrical connection between the front-end switch and the music streamer can be completely disconnected, ensuring a purer sound. Of course, we also retain the Ethernet port for convenient connection without altering your network structure. In order to avoid the annoying experience of frequently plugging and unplugging USB drives, we reserved an NVMe SSD slot on the bottom of the chassis of MS-1. You can install an high-speed SSD as internal storage, avoid of using a 2.5" or 3.5" HDD, completely eliminating the impact of vibration and noise of HDD on sound quality. • Merason DAC1 Mk II Digital to Analog Convertor

    Merason
    ₹ 925,000
Merason's DAC1 achieved the aim of the multi-year development to meet the highest demands on sound quality in order to make an authentic listening experience possible. The DAC1 Mk II has one USB, one RCA, one Toslink and one AES input. The DAC1 Mk II is fully balanced, i.e. a total of four independent channels are implemented from the two converter modules to the output. Each functional unit has its own power supply, and in total there are twelve of them. • MBL C31 CD-DAC CD Player

    MBL Akustikgeräte
    ₹ 929,000
Why should you still invest in an expensive CD-DAC? Well, because you have amassed a beloved CD collection over the years – a musical treasure associated with memories, chosen with care. These gems need to be preserved so that we can enjoy listening to them in the future with optimum sound quality. To achieve this, we have designed the MBL C31 Corona CD-DAC with a high class CD drive partnered with a trailblazing Digital Converter system derived from our Reference Line. The feeling never wavers – that moment of quiet anticipation when you slip a CD into the C31’s precision slot drive. You watch the disc silently disappear into the custom housing before it rotates up to speed, completely noise and resonance free – exactly what you expect from a top-end CD player. The C31 features a Bit-Stream digital-to-analog converter with a psycho-acoustically optimized digital filter. It flawlessly operates with an analogue output stage to deliver measurable perfection. Functioning as a Bessel filter, the analogue section ensures that all signals pass through with a time-aligned linear phase response. In today’s world of digital music files and digital streaming, the C31 provides a flexible and well laid out rear panel of digital inputs. Here, the C31 accepts digital signals in PCM resolutions up to 24-bit depth, and sample rates up to 96 kHz via RCA (S/P-DIF), optical (TOSLINK) and USB. To ensure incoming digital signals are synced, a built-in master clock immediately takes charge and removes any disruptive jitter from the working data. What remains is powerful harmonic joy, making every musical performance on the MBL C31 a memorable listening experience. Audio purists have their own preferences when it comes to single-bit or multi-bit technology, yet both converter principles have their advantages and disadvantages. Single-bit converters demonstrate their precision at low levels, while 18, 20 or 24-bit converters show their dynamic prowess at higher signal levels. The C31 unites the two in a unique, MBL way. The all-important transition point from 1-bit to multi-bit does not take place abruptly at a certain level, but is distributed over four paths that switch at four different levels. The result is a gentle, undetectable changeover that faithfully maintains studio sound quality and reproduction. With their dedicated audio apps, the iPhone and iPad can deliver exceptional digital sound quality to music lovers. Songs provided in 24 bit / 192 kHz, or in other Hi-Res formats such as DSD (and even with lossless codecs such as FLAC), are effortlessly streamed with no discernible loss in quality. Even with the finest mobile DAC, any differences in sound would be perceptible given the mobile devices’ limited sound quality.
