LHY AS6 Pro Audio-grade Network Switch

The LHY Audio AS6 Pro is a high-performance audiophile Ethernet switch built for advanced digital audio networks. It carries forward the proven AS6 clock platform while adding 4 × 2.5G Ethernet, 2 × 10G SFP+ optical ports, a 30VA linear power foundation, dual independent DC conversion, LT3042-based low-noise regulation, improved passive cooling, 10MHz external clock input, and Float / Grounded grounding control. AS6 Pro addresses network noise, ground-related interference, clock jitter, power contamination, and internal EMI at the hardware level, supporting a more stable transmission base for the digital audio chain. Inside the compact aluminum chassis are a SC-CUT OCXO clock, Skyworks PLL, dual 10G SFP+ ports, and four RJ45 ports supporting up to 2.5G. Connectivity, clocking, and isolation are treated as part of the same audio-focused design.

Built for listeners who have already refined the rest of the chain, AS6 Pro brings optical isolation, precision clocking, clean power, grounding control, and CNC partitioned shielding into the network layer.

In a revealing streaming system, the switch is no longer ordinary infrastructure. AS6 Pro is a dedicated Ethernet switch for streamers, ROON Core, NAS, audio servers, fiber links, and advanced digital audio systems, engineered around clock precision, phase-noise control, power cleanliness, grounding, isolation, and transmission stability.

Dual 10G SFP+ ports support fiber connections to routers, NAS, ROON Core, or streamers, helping break electrical paths that may carry common-mode noise, ground interference, and external EMI into the audio system. Use AS6 Pro as an upstream fiber input or as a dedicated optical link for audio equipment when a quieter network background matters.

Four Ethernet ports support up to 2.5G, providing bandwidth headroom beyond standard Gigabit connections and reducing congestion risk across streamers, NAS, ROON Core, music servers, and large local libraries. For high-resolution PCM, DSD, and lossless collections, the additional headroom helps keep data transfer stable under demanding playback conditions.

The included SFP to RJ45 electrical module helps integrate fiber and Ethernet devices in the same system. It is selected for audio use, keeping the conversion path convenient while preserving the focus on low-noise network transmission.

The SC-CUT OCXO oven-controlled clock maintains a stable operating environment to help reduce phase noise and jitter. A Skyworks SI5381A PLL then locks, shapes, and distributes the clock signal for the switching stage.

The 10MHz BNC input allows AS6 Pro to synchronize with a higher-grade clock source, supporting systems that are built around tighter digital timing and lower transmission jitter.

A dedicated grounding terminal and FLOAT / EARTH mode switch let users adapt AS6 Pro to their own system environment, reducing the influence of ground loops, common-mode noise, and high-frequency interference.

A NORATEL toroidal transformer provides low-leakage, low-noise AC input. Internal EMI filtering and independent low-noise supply paths feed the clock, switch controller, and sensitive modules separately to reduce cross-interference.

Selected components and layered signal tuning support background purity, density, dynamics, imaging, and detail retrieval, allowing the network link to serve as a stable part of the streaming chain.

The CNC-machined aluminum chassis adds structural strength and shielding performance. Inside, physical partitioning separates power, clocking, network switching, and signal areas to reduce EMI and module-to-module interference.

Available in Glacier Silver and Silent Black, AS6 Pro is designed to sit naturally in high-end Hi-Fi systems and desktop audio setups.
