Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. Please provide us your email at the time of placing your order to ensure you get updates.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you ordered on Saturday, sometimes the delivery partner may only pickup your order from us on Monday evening so please allow till Monday evening or Tuesday morning to get shipping details.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tac@bbwdistributors.com or WhatsApp Us on +919810502023 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Deliveries are made during working hours on working days. We or our delivery partner will try to contact you via call or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. At times, the delivery partner may not be able to get through to you and will attempt delivery regardless.
Returns
You may return items that are complete and like new (for DOA/defective products only) within 7 calendar days of receipt. We DO NOT accept returns for 'change of mind' or 'buyers remorse' scenarios.

How to make a return
1. Get a Return Authorisation
Request a return authorisation by calling +919810502023 to request authorisation. You will get an email with return authorisation details once we have ascertained your case merits return.
2. Pack your items carefully
Returnable items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. To protect products in shipping, The Audio Co over-boxes most products. Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer’s packaging.
3. Attach the shipping label
For most returns, you will receive shipping details from us. Remove or mark out the original labels, then label each package with provided Address.
4. Give the package to our Logistics Partner
You will be contacted by our logistics partner for collection and it will be duly collected thereafter.
Refund & Exchange
Refund options If you qualified for Return, You may choose an exchange or store credit for the full amount of the items you purchased.
Refund method In rare cases, If approved, cash refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
Non-refundable The refund policy does not apply to prepaid installations, or such services once the installation or service has been performed.
Exchange method If approved, you can exchange your return for another product of equal value. In case of exchange to a product of higher value than your initial order, you will be required to pay the balance before your exchange order will be shipped.
Items must be new The Audio Co may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:
- A different serial number than the one The Audio Co originally shipped.
- Missing parts or the original product packing material.
- Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
- Been used (such as when a product shows installation marks or such evidence of use).
- Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling (including during installation or other damage).
How will I know if you've received my return?
We will WhatsApp or email you confirming that the return was processed.
How long does it take The Audio Co to process my return?
After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within seven business days.
Cancellations
If for some reason you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped or within 8 hours of placing your order, You may choose an exchange or store credit for the full amount of the items you purchased.
