The TiGLON MZ-2 represents 15 years of refinement in magnesium isolation technology. Built on the proven M series foundation, this insulator combines enhanced material purity with advanced processing techniques to deliver superior vibration control and durability. The innovative D-REN Tuning Film minimizes micro-vibrations between your equipment and the insulator, unlocking magnesium's full potential for cleaner, more detailed audio reproduction. Engineered in Japan for discerning audiophiles seeking measurable improvements in sound clarity and equipment stability.
The TiGLON MZ-2 is a high-purity magnesium spike insulator designed for high-end audio vibration control. While the MZ-1 serves as the spike base (the "stand with a bowl"), the MZ-2 is the corresponding spike (the "stand with a cone") that fits into it.
- Standalone: It can be used as a high-performance feet for speakers or amplifiers to provide mechanical isolation.
- Upgradability: Owners of existing Tiglon M1 or M2 spikes can upgrade their setup by adding the newer MZ-1 or MZ-2 components.
Features
-
Magnesium Material: Like other Tiglon "M series" products, the MZ-2
is made from high-purity magnesium, chosen for its high vibration-damping properties and ability to shield against electromagnetic interference (EMI) without the resonance of other metals. - D-REN Tuning Film: the MZ-2 includes a "D-REN Tuning Film" designed to eliminate minute vibrations between the insulator and the audio equipment.
- Hybrid Integration: The MZ-2 is often used as a component within more complex isolation systems. It serves as the spike element inside the TiGLON MZ-Grande Isolation Feet and the TiGLON MZX-4 hybrid insulator series.
- Made in Japan

About
Tiglon is a Japanese high-end audio manufacturer specializing in cables and accessories for the audiophile market. Founded by Kentaro Okino, the company's reputation is built on its innovative and patented use of magnesium, a material chosen for its superior ability to suppress vibrations and shield against electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Tiglon's philosophy is centered on the pursuit of "unknown sound" by creating accessories that reveal the natural texture and emotion of music. The company believes that by focusing on material science and vibration control, it can create products that bring "emotion and fun" to the audio experience. This is achieved by protecting the signal from external noise and interference, creating a quiet background that allows musical details to emerge naturally.
Key Innovations include: Magnesium shielding technology utilizes a patented magnesium foil to protect the cables. This material effectively absorbs vibrations and blocks EMI/RFI interference, without producing the metallic "ringing" found in copper or aluminum. The Hyper Saturated Energizer (HSE) treatment, developed in partnership with European and Asian engineers, applies programmed electrical currents to the conductor to enhance its crystal structure. This process shortens the break-in period and improves clarity, depth, and tonal balance. The D-REN sheath, initially designed for "D-REN Pro" tuning spacers, reduces micro-vibrations and static electricity, enhancing overall audio quality.
