Engineered as a definitive synthesis of acoustic precision and minimalist form, the Tiglon Tuning Sheet DRS Series (D-REN Sheet) represents a benchmark achievement in resonance control. Released to commemorate the Japanese audiophile brand’s 15th anniversary, this ultra-thin isolation board seamlessly fuses Tiglon’s proprietary D-Ren Pro resonance suppression technology with Sunshine’s celebrated B Seat vibration damping architectures. By compressing high-gauge steel laminates into a microscopic profile, the series effectively neutralizes micro-vibrations and electromagnetic interference, introducing an unprecedented level of spatial clarity, low-frequency definition, and tonal balance to high-fidelity audio systems without altering the physical architecture of your component array.
D-REN Sheet, the first product to be released as TIGLON’s 15th anniversary commemorative model, is a jointly developed product that combines the compound resonance suppression technology of our tuning spacer “D-ren Pro” and the vibration suppression effect of Sunshine’s magical seat “B Seat,” which has been a huge hit.
Steel sheet of 0.8mm and 0.6mm are pressed with special technology, and the newly developed damping program “Magnetic Zero Process” is used to adjust the metallic characteristics of the steel Seats to create an ideal tuning item that produces a significant sound quality improvement effect despite its thinness of 1.4mm thickness.
To maximize the performance of the Tiglon Tuning Sheet DRS Series, it should be deployed as a mechanical decoupling layer directly beneath your audio components. Because it is only 1.4 mm thick, it can be integrated into your existing setup without requiring you to adjust shelf heights or cable lengths.
- Direct Component Isolation: Place the sheet flat on your audio rack or shelf, and position the component directly on top of it. Ensure the factory feet of the component rest securely on the sheet's surface.
- Layered Tuning: For maximum vibration control, place the D-REN Sheet on your shelf, position specialized tuning feet or spike receptacles (such as the Tiglon D-Ren Pro Spacers) on top of the sheet, and rest the component on the feet.
- Under Power Delivery: Slide the sheet under heavy power conditioners, distribution blocks, or isolation transformers to damp the mechanical hum often generated by large internal transformers.
Features
- Hybrid Structural Material: Formed by high-pressure laminating two asymmetrical steel sheets measuring 0.8mm and 0.6mm thickness.
- Ultra-Thin Form Factor: Achieves a highly compact total thickness profile of just 1.4mm, allowing effortless placement under tightly spaced components.
- Active Viscoelastic Damping: Features an internal resin core that converts kinetic mechanical vibrations directly into trace thermal energy.
- Magnetic Zero Process: Treated with a proprietary damping program that strips raw metal directional orientation to actively attenuate electromagnetic field leakage.
- Resonance Dispersing Technology: Inherits Tiglon's studio-grade D-Ren Pro tuning properties to tighten mid-bass and expand spatial soundstage depth.
- Zero Orientation Restrictions: Engineered with a completely functional symmetry that allows identical performance regardless of which face or side is placed upward.
- Robust Load Constraints: Rigid pressed-iron construction handles heavy power amplifiers, transformers, and distribution nodes without warping or compressing.

About
Tiglon is a Japanese high-end audio manufacturer specializing in cables and accessories for the audiophile market. Founded by Kentaro Okino, the company's reputation is built on its innovative and patented use of magnesium, a material chosen for its superior ability to suppress vibrations and shield against electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Tiglon's philosophy is centered on the pursuit of "unknown sound" by creating accessories that reveal the natural texture and emotion of music. The company believes that by focusing on material science and vibration control, it can create products that bring "emotion and fun" to the audio experience. This is achieved by protecting the signal from external noise and interference, creating a quiet background that allows musical details to emerge naturally.
Key Innovations include: Magnesium shielding technology utilizes a patented magnesium foil to protect the cables. This material effectively absorbs vibrations and blocks EMI/RFI interference, without producing the metallic "ringing" found in copper or aluminum. The Hyper Saturated Energizer (HSE) treatment, developed in partnership with European and Asian engineers, applies programmed electrical currents to the conductor to enhance its crystal structure. This process shortens the break-in period and improves clarity, depth, and tonal balance. The D-REN sheath, initially designed for "D-REN Pro" tuning spacers, reduces micro-vibrations and static electricity, enhancing overall audio quality.
