A new standard in high-resolution audio, delivering high performance audio from a desktop component.
UD-301 is a D/A converter Dual Monaural configuration supporting USB input of DSD 5.6MHz and PCM 32bit/192kHz. Available with a USB input from PC supporting DSD 5.6MHz and PCM 32bit/192kHz. Using the High-resolution sound source playback software TEAC HR Audio Player installed on one's computer, anyone can enjoy the world of easy high-resolution audio.
Compatibility with an asynchronous mode USB input up to 192kHz to the up-convert
The USB input corresponds to an asynchronous mode that neglects theory USB transmission jitter, It will do the transfer of digital audio signal in a pure state. In addition, it is equipped with a S/PDIF input of two lines, coaxial digital inputs up to 24bit/192kHz and optical digital input supporting up to 24bit/96kHz. Compatible with a digital signal input with an up-convert up to 192kHz. CD sound quality equivalent of 44.1kHz sound source can also be enjoyed in the high-resolution environment.
Dual monaural structure with reduced interference of the left/right channels
For the D/A converter that process enormous amount of information, it is equipped with BurrBrown PCM1795 left/Right independent. We use an operational amplifier that determines the sound quality for the analog circuit such as MUSES8920 designed to HiFi equipment dedicated one by one especially for left and right, we have adopted a dual monaural configuration that eliminates the interference between the left and right channels. Furthermore, it is adopted with a CCLC (Coupling Capacitor-Less Circuit) system, it is a dual monaural configured with a left and right independent circuit. Adopting a toroidal core power transformer for the power supply. It will supply a stable current even momentarily scene that requires a large amount of current, such as when the rise of the sudden sound.
No compromise to the headphone listening, and a high efficiency in activity
Audio output is added to the RCA unbalanced outputs, Equipped with XLR balanced output. Furthermore, you can select these audio output level fixed, variable, from the output off. It can be connected directly to a power amplifier or active speakers from the "UD-301" If set variable, and interrupting the circuit not involved in the headphone output if it is set to the output OFF. Dedicated to suit the performance with the "UD-301" to the headphone output, and it will function as a high-performance headphone amplifier.
The "UD-301" is not only supporting D/A conversion of USB input but also a USB DAC preamplifier, it is also equipped with a DAC high-performance headphone amplifier to fit the High-resolution of the new standard of the era.
