In an era where clean power is recognized as the very lifeblood of high-fidelity audio, the Synergistic Research Pink AC Power Cable emerges as an elegant paradox—a masterfully engineered conduit that democratizes elite-tier performance. By marrying the brand’s proprietary, high-voltage molecular conditioning with the ultra-low-noise Pink Fuse UEF Graphene technology, this machine-built cable transcends conventional entry-level design to deliver a remarkably expansive soundstage, rich harmonic textures, and a profound, black background. It offers discerning audiophiles an unprecedented opportunity to unlock the raw, emotive energy of their source components without the staggering cost typically associated with state-of-the-art power delivery.

The Synergistic Research Pink AC Power Cable is a tech-driven engineering exercise that scales flagship noise suppression down to a fixed, machine-built blueprint for $198. Optimized into a standard 5-foot, 15A profile to slash manufacturing overhead, it features three 14 AWG copper conductors insulated with low-loss EPDM and PTFE (Teflon). To strip out system noise floor, the cable is wrapped in a Graphene-infused UEF shield and terminated with airtight, oxygen-blocked molded copper plugs that isolate microphonic vibrations. Finally, the entire assembly undergoes their high-end 1,000,000-volt SRX XL quantum conditioning to realign the copper's molecular grain structure and maximize electron flow.

First, we set out to design the highest-performing machine-built power cord we could—heavy-gauge conductors, voiced to mirror the harmonic texture, holographic energy, and musicality of our latest handmade power cords.

Multiple variations. Voiced. Blind tested. We weren’t chasing “good for the price.”
We were chasing the sound of Synergistic Research—at a price no one saw coming.

Then we did what only Synergistic Research can do: we infused it with the same UEF compound developed for our seventh-generation Pink Fuse. We applied the long-duration, high-voltage conditioning process used to voice our SRX XL and Foundation XL cable looms. And we engineered it to integrate—seamlessly—with PowerCell 8 SX, Active Ground Block SX, and Tranquility Pod Carbon.

Why? Because people say we only make ultra-high-end gear. Expensive cables. Exotic components. They say we don’t build for the rest of the market.

We wanted to show the industry otherwise. So we built a $198 power cord that—in our direct comparisons—outperforms a model from one of our most respected competitors. A power cord that retails for five times the price of the Pink.

Audition the Pink Power Cord in your system today— and tell us if anything else even belongs in this conversation.

A Solid Baseline for Great Sound

While its SRX Matrix XL Matrix Shielding and advanced voltage conditioning process sets the cable apart from competitors in the marketplace, it is also outfitted with three of our 14AWG OFC copper conductors wrapped with PTFE dielectric and terminated with solid copper plugs. A built-in Pink Carbon Tuning Disc further tunes the electromagnetic fields around the connector for optimal sonic performance.

Quantum Tunneling | SRX XL High Voltage Conditioning

The new SRX XL High Voltage Conditioning is our most advanced process for treating cables with 1,000,000 volts of electricity at specific frequencies and pulse modulations for long durations, creating a canal in the conductor material and contact points at the molecular level that allows electrons to flow more freely. This new process improves upon the SRX High Voltage Conditioning process by employing new extended duration sweeping frequency plots and advancements to our Tesla Coil, resulting in SRX XL cables to sound even more open and accurate than the cables before them. For our Pink Series cables, we utilize this exact conditioning process, which we found to contribute to the large performance improvement in this series, bringing the voicing of the Pink Series closer to that of the SRX XL.

Features
  • Conductor Array & Geometry The core architecture utilizes three 14 AWG (2.08 mm²) Synergistic Research copper conductors. The gauge choice targets a sweet spot—heavy enough to handle instantaneous current demands for components like integrated amplifiers without creating an overly stiff, unmanageable cable profile
  • Dielectric Insulation The conductors are insulated using a dual-layer recipe of Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) and PTFE (Teflon). PTFE acts as an exceptionally low-loss dielectric with a low dielectric constant. This prevents the insulation from absorbing and re-radiating electrical energy back into the conductors, preserving signal phase and timing
  • Molded Copper Connectors Instead of relying on typical screw-down, hand-terminated barrels, the Pink cable features custom molded copper plugs. The solid, sealed molding completely isolates the internal wire-to-termination points from ambient oxygen, preventing copper oxidation over time. It also locks the internals into a rigid structure, mechanically dampening microphonic vibrations caused by AC current hum
  • SRX XL Matrix Shielding: The shielding architecture is ripped straight from their ultra-premium lines. It utilizes a passive Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) and Radio-Frequency Interference (RFI) reduction grid enhanced by a Graphene-infused UEF (Uniform Energy Field) compound. Graphene's near-perfect conductivity helps map out and dissipate high-frequency electromagnetic noise before it can modulate into the audible audio spectrum
  • High-Voltage Quantum Conditioning: Prior to packaging, the completed cable assemblies are subjected to the company’s conditioning treatment. The wire is blasted with a 1,000,000-volt high-frequency burst. This process alters the microscopic grain boundaries of the copper drawing process, realigning molecular pathways to lower electron resistance and smooth out signal transfer.

                About

Synergistic Research is an American high-end audio manufacturer founded in 1992 by Ted Denney in California, recognized for its handcrafted power conditioners, active cables, acoustic treatments, and UEF tuning accessories. The brand rejects the idea of passive connectivity, employing a holistic "total system approach" that relies on active electromagnetic biasing, 1,000,000-volt Quantum Tunneling material treatments, and advanced graphene integration to optimize the electrical and acoustic environment. Their premium product ecosystem—ranging from the single-outlet PowerCell ONE and multi-outlet PowerCell SX line to their widely utilized Purple and Master UEF fuses—is engineered to aggressively lower the system noise floor and maximize dynamic range without introducing traditional current-limiting restrictions.
