The Synergistic Research Atmosphere Euphoria SX High Current AC Power Cable is a cost-no-object power cord explicitly engineered to feed massive, unrestricted instantaneous current into the most demanding audio components. This heavy-gauge variant upgrades the standard model's core to a massive 10 AWG Copper Matrix Alloy architecture to easily satisfy power-hungry mono-block amplifiers, large stereo amps, and main system power conditioners. By pairing this high-current delivery footprint with an on-board Swiss-made 30-Volt DC active biasing system and direct Active Ground Block connectivity, the Euphoria SX High Current strips away power line bottlenecks and system noise—unleashing explosive micro-dynamics, subterranean bass authority, and an expansive, three-dimensional soundstage.

Atmosphere Euphoria SX High Current Power Cables are an all-out assault on your system’s noise floor with an additional 3 x 10 AWG copper conductors for extreme power delivery. To make this the ultimate Atmosphere SX power cord we employ all advanced SR power cord technologies including, Active Shielding, the option to ground its shield to an SR Ground Block, and Galileo SX tuning bullets for a bespoke sonic match to your system. All conductors, wall and IEC connectors, shields, and the same Swiss-Made power supply found in our Galileo SX power cords are further treated with a proprietary process to improve frequency smoothness with increased resolution.

Sonically Euphoria SX High Current is voiced to express a sonic balance similar to our Galileo SX power cords through the use of Copper Matrix Alloys, 6-9 Silver conductors in a complex geometry array comprised of three hand-made Air String geometries and three High Current geometries running in parallel. In addition, Active Shielding gets its power from a Swiss Made power supply feeding the shields and an Active EM Cell that was first developed for Galileo SX power cords to function as discrete PowerCell line conditioners. We then voiced the power cords internally with new Carbon Fibre UEF Tuning Discs exclusively engineered for Atmosphere SX cables to push resolution boundaries without harshness or limitations.

Lastly, you can voice Euphoria SX High Current with included Galileo SX Gold and Silver UEF Tuning bullets. First, listen to your power cord without a tuning bullet for 48 to 72 hours allowing the cable to settle into your system. Then compare the Gold and Silver Galileo SX Tuning Bullet on each of your Euphoria SX power cords, choosing the option that makes music in your system. Tip: very few systems, if any, benefits from all one color or another. Most systems will sound best with a majority of either Gold or Silver bullets, but with a component or two that perform best with the opposite color. Gallio SX Gold Tuning Bullets capture warmer sound with liquidity over pinpoint spatial detail. Galileo SX Silver Tuning Bullets are detailed and dynamic with a pinpoint focus at the expense of liquidity. All systems benefit from a majority of either Gold or Silver with a component or two that will sound best with the other option. Tuning individual cables with Galileo SX Tuning Bullets achieves the best sound characteristics of both Gold and Silver with a bespoke balance unique to your system.

The previous Atmosphere X Series Cables started as an experiment to explore ways of improving UEF Shielding by placing UEF Tech at strategic grid points on the shields of Atmosphere cables, now called Matrix Shielding. Matrix Shielding arranges UEF elements on a grid pattern of the cable shield to lower its noise floor. Atmosphere SX refines Matrix Shielding further by using new Carbon Fibre UEF Tuning Discs developed expressly for Atmosphere SX to enhance the loom's ability to cancel noise that would otherwise cause high frequencies to sound harsh or fatiguing. As a result of our ongoing research into UEF Shielding, we have pushed the resolution envelope when voicing Atmosphere SX by developing new Carbon Fibre UEF Tuning Discs for a more holographic sound with enhanced resolution and musicality.

After perfecting the most natural-sounding and holographic cables in our history, we set out to take them further with a new high voltage conditioning process that applies a sweeping frequency plot for an extended duration. We experimented with dozens of frequencies in different combinations over a prolonged time period before landing on just the right mix. We even built a new Tesla Coil to handle the excess heat generated during long conditioning sessions. Once finalized, the SRX conditioning process created holographic realism and timbrel accuracy far beyond our previous Tesla Coil conditioning protocol. 

Each Atmosphere Level 3 Power Cable contains a Swiss-made power supply and Quantum capacitors to generates the 30 Volt DC bias necessary for Active Shielding, eliminating the need for messy external wiring and cumbersome wall warts. Performance is further enhanced by the introduction of UEF technology built into the power supply and cable shielding for an incredibly low noise floor.

Atmosphere X Euphoria takes a page from our Flagship Galileo SX power cables and incorporates the capability to ground your power cables to a Synergistic Research Active Ground Block. This ground is designed specifically and only for use with the Active Ground Block.  When this ground is not plugged into an Active Ground Block connection, Atmosphere X Euphoria uses a built-in ground path similar to the original, passive SR Ground Block meaning the optional cable ground will only benefit from the Active Ground Block and its Active Electromagnetic Cell.  Benefits include a noticeable increase in deep bass power and weight, a more holographic sound field, smoother high frequencies with greater extension and ‘air’, a more present and layered mid-range, increased tonal density with an apparent increase in resolution.  

Note: Atmosphere X Euphoria does not include a ground plug.  Grounding the optional pigtail to the wall or other ground paths will not improve the performance of the cable.  It is designed only for use with the Synergistic Research Active Ground Block.
