Unwanted vibrations compromise even the most meticulously calibrated audio systems, introducing microphony that degrades signal integrity within sensitive components. The AUVA EQ isolation feet work to decouple your equipment from both ambient and self-generated vibrations, allowing your system to operate without sonic compromise. Rather than altering tonal character, these feet restore clarity by eliminating the physical interference that masks your equipment's true capabilities. Engineered through rigorous measurement, computational analysis, and discerning ear training, the AUVA EQ delivers isolation that satisfies both technical precision and musical authenticity.
Vibrations can cause interference – even in the most finely tuned systems. These subtle movements can trigger microphony, where physical vibration generates unwanted electrical signals inside sensitive components. The AUVA EQ is designed to isolate your equipment from both internal and external vibration – not to change its sound, but to help it perform at its full potential. Every element of the design is informed by measurements, mathematical modelling, and critical listening – ensuring performance that’s both technically sound and musically meaningful.
The AUVA EQs are designed to sit between your Hi-Fi components and the supporting shelf or rack. They’re suitable for a wide range of components – including sources, digital processors, and amplifiers – and are available in sets of three or four to suit your setup. CSA inserts come in three weight ratings to match the supported load and ensure optimal performance. Each EQ is height adjustable by up to 3mm for precise levelling.
The AUVA EQ uses a two-stage isolation system to manage the complex spectrum of vibrations that affect Hi-Fi. Its patent-pending hybrid design combines AUVA particle damping with CSA decoupling to reduce interference that can cloud signal purity. The result is a serene foundation that lets your system perform with great clarity and control - without changing its character.
AUVA is a technology that uses particle impact damping to absorb vibration and stop it from reflecting back into your equipment. The AUVA shell makes direct contact with the Hi-Fi component, helping dissipate internal vibration at the source. As the particles shift and collide, energy is converted into heat - removing noise before it can affect the sound. It's like dropping a ball: on a hard surface, it bounces. Into a sandpit, it stops instantly.
Unlike Loudspeakers, Hi-Fi equipment performs better when there's some controlled movement between it and the surface - helping to reduce vibrational transfer that can disrupt delicate signals. The CSA is precisely tuned for a broad range of frequencies commonly found in real listening environments. Its air-spring design aborbs vibration and ensures rapid energy decay - preventing resonance from building up or returning. The result is stable, controlled support that preserves musical detail and clarity.
Together, AUVA and CSA create a uniquely balanced isolation system - engineered to reveal more of what your Hi-Fi is already capable of. Each technology plays a distinct role: AUVA addresses internal vibration at the source, while CSA manages energy from the surface below. Used in tandem, they form a more complete solution - targeting multiple vibration paths and frequencies to create a calmer, more controlled environment for your equipment to operate.
