Vanisher, Horizon Scraper is a concept album – a modern apocalyptic folklore about a man who sails into the ocean alone in the pursuit of freedom and cosmic understanding, subconsciously motivated by his own self-destruction. With a run time of nearly 70 minutes, the album takes listeners on a transformative sonic journey through countless unique blends of genres from world music, ambient, hip hop, bossa nova, folk, rock, and other experimental stylings.

The California-based artist returns with an ambitious, slow-burn concept record - a 70-minute journey tracing one man's dissolution across cosmic waters. Blending ambient textures, bossa nova rhythms, abstract hip-hop, field recordings and folk melody, the album feels more like a weather system than a collection of songs. Quadeca's production is tactile and dreamlike - synths flicker like dying stars, guitars shimmer at the edges of reality, and percussion folds in and out like tides. Vocals shift between whispered monologue, multi-tracked chorus and near silence. What emerges is a meditation on self-erasure, freedom and delusion - a record that asks to be heard from start to end, alone and without interruption.
