Drawing inspiration from both the Ekstra and the flagship Ultimatum XL6, the Orkestra is a sophisticated 2.5-way floorstanding speaker that plays with power and grace in equal measure. Deep, articulate bass supports an open, expressive midrange and a treble of striking clarity. The result is an immersive sound capable of revealing the finest musical detail or the full force of a live performance. The upper section functions as a sealed two-way loudspeaker in its own right, featuring a 75mm true ribbon tweeter paired with a 170mm drive unit handling bass and midrange. The lower section houses two 170mm isobarically arranged bass drivers working as an integrated subwoofer, delivering extraordinary low-frequency extension and control. Every component, from the minimal crossover to the hand-wired connections, is selected for integrity and musical flow. Built and tuned by ear in the north of England, the Orkestra captures the essence of live music — poised, powerful and effortlessly engaging.
