The Mobridge M2.Media is a media integration interface for vehicles equipped with MOST 25 (Media Oriented Systems Transport) fiber optic bus architecture — including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Audi models. It adds USB and iPod/iPhone media playback capability to your factory head unit without replacing or modifying the OEM system.
MOST-equipped vehicles use a fiber optic ring to connect the head unit to the amplifier, speakers, and other modules. Standard aftermarket additions cannot tap into this ring without a specialist interface like the M2.Media. Mobridge's engineering routes media signals cleanly into the MOST network, allowing the factory radio display, steering wheel controls, and all OEM features to function exactly as standard — while giving you the ability to play music from USB drives and Apple devices.
