The Mobridge M1000-M-DA1 is a digital pre-amplifier interface for MOST 25-equipped vehicles, extracting a clean, full-range digital audio signal from the factory fiber optic bus and outputting it via a standard TOSLINK (optical S/PDIF) connection. This allows you to feed the factory audio signal — completely uncoloured — directly into an aftermarket DSP or digital amplifier.
Many premium factory audio systems in BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche vehicles are routed entirely through the MOST fiber ring, making conventional RCA-based integration impossible without signal degradation. The DA1 solves this cleanly: its onboard 300MHz DSP decodes the MOST signal and maintains full communication with the factory radio, so volume, tone, balance, and fader controls continue to work exactly as designed — while the extracted digital signal feeds your aftermarket system.
