Drawing on the multi-award-winning foundation of the P1, Lumin has created a new reference by combining their latest high-capacity processor with a dual ES9038PRO DAC stage, dramatically increasing both processing headroom and precision. Nine flexible digital and analogue inputs accommodate any audio source—streaming services, USB transport, SPDIF, balanced and unbalanced analogue, or HDMI—while supporting native DSD512 and PCM up to 384kHz. The P2 architecture reflects Lumin's mastery of digital audio engineering. At its core, dual ES9038PRO SABRE DAC chips operate in dual-mono configuration, with each channel fed by a dedicated flagship-tier converter. The fully balanced analogue output stage features Lundahl output transformers—the same transformers found in Lumin's top-tier players—providing maximum signal isolation and integrity. A dual-toroidal linear power supply with separate digital and analogue power rails, combined with the proprietary Femto Clock System and precision FPGA distribution, establishes the low-jitter, high-coherence foundation essential for world-class music reproduction.
