Having abundantly proven their mettle with the award-winning Harmony GaNM Monoblock Amplifiers, LAiV (not ones to rest on their laurels) set about making a more accessible version of their GaN amplification. As with the VERSE, the goal was to trickle down the performance of the Harmony series. Presenting the CHORUS Amplifier. Featuring the same next-generation GaN-FET tech, the CHORUS provides 50W of pure, high-current power into 8Ohms and 120W in bridged Monoblock mode. The LAiV Crescendo CHORUS is a GaN-powered stereo power amplifier that delivers audiophile-grade performance in a compact form factor. In stereo mode, it provides 50W per channel (8Ω) through a single-ended amplification design that accepts both XLR and RCA inputs. Switch to bridge mono mode and CHORUS takes a single input, converts it into a balanced signal, and outputs 120W (8Ω) of true balanced power. For the ultimate listening experience, pair two CHORUS units in bridge mono mode for 120W per channel with complete left/right electrical isolation, eliminating crosstalk and delivering a wider, more precise soundstage.
