IsoFlare Point Source Driver

The Fyne Audio Vintage Classic Gold SP Series features an advanced IsoFlare™ point source driver, designed for exceptional stereo imaging and sound clarity. The Gold SP models are equipped with upgraded IsoFlare drivers, featuring neodymium magnets and a titanium alloy compression tweeter for the larger 10, 12, and 15-inch versions, while the 8-inch model uses a magnesium dome. Inspired by the Tractrix geometry, the BassTrax profile maintains a consistent 90-degree angle at every intersection, minimising reflections and ensuring smooth, distortion-free bass reproduction. Crossover

The Vintage Classic Gold SP Series is equipped with an expertly designed, bi-wired passive crossover, fine-tuned for exceptional audio clarity. Using premium audiophile components, including high-grade polypropylene capacitors, low-loss laminated iron core inductors, and high-power precision resistors, the crossover is engineered to deliver a natural and transparent sound.

Each component is hand-wired on fibreboard panels to reduce vibration, while the entire assembly undergoes Deep Cryogenic Treatment (DCT) to improve the signal path which can become affected during the manufacturing process. This meticulous attention to detail ensures optimal signal transfer and precise frequency separation between the bass/midrange and high-frequency drivers.

The inclusion of upgraded gold-plated ETI terminals and Neotech PC-OCC wiring allows for superior conductivity and signal integrity, bringing out the best in every listening session.
