STP HOOD SOLUTION - self adhesive sound absorbing gray material. The material is a multilayer combination that consists of a facial layer (soundconducting lavsan polyester metalized film), elastic polyurethane and an adhesive layer protected by the antiadhesion film. The facial layer is an oil-barrier and benzine-resistant material. The temperature range is from 40°C below zero to 100°C above zero. In the production of the material it is used elastic foamed polyurethane with the apparent density 25+5 -3 kg/m3 . The material can be mounted to the flat and rugged surfaces with less than 100 mm radius of curvature. If the surface is complex one should take into account the notches on the components. We recommend that the material does not come into contact with water or organic solvents.
